Terry Beley

· graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Manitoba in 1976

· has been practising for over 30 years in the family law field, having been called to the Bar of Manitoba in 1977.

· has lectured frequently in the Law Society of Manitoba Bar Admissions course, and at the University of Manitoba Law School.

· maintains an active role in continuing legal education and has participated in a number of Continuing Legal Education Seminars for the Law Society of Manitoba. Check Terry's articles for his recent papers on spousal support, Case Management and the Strategic Use of Processes.

· appears in the Manitoba courts regularly and has been involved in a number of important reported decisions.
