Electronic Statutes of Manitoba
This site contains the English/French versions of the Statutes of Manitoba maintained by the Queen's Printer. Here you will find The Queen's Bench Rules, which is the code or bible for procedure in Manitoba for the Civil and Family Division. The specific rules for Family Law Proceedings are found at Rule 70. All of the other major statutes in family law can be found at the provincial site. Forms are also available, embedded in the statute.
